This semesters studio is focused on the idea of tangled structures—massively distributed networks made up of relatively weak cross-linked fibrous components that are the dominant mode of formation of structures in nature.
After some tests, this seems a better one for me, comparing the former model i made.
ReplyDeleteThe structure has two layers,both implement the bifurcation.
i am trying to achieve this bifurcation effects,it seems so difficult and ugly looking.
Chenhui, as I told you guys already last week: Don´t get stuck trying to design a building. We are doing urban design here, so you have to solve the allover picture fist. You have to do the URBAN DESIGN first. Solve this, and then later on you can go for a portion, or building..
ReplyDeleteBtw: I absolutely do not think that ypur design is ugly, I think it is an interesting approach that needs more elaboration, but it has potential.
