mahmud_Fiber in Nature_29

Stalk fiber
example: Bamboo fiber
overview

Bamboo fibre is a cellulose fibre fabricated from natural bamboo and other additives and is made from the pulp of bamboo plants. It is not made from the fibres of the plant, but is a synthetic viscose made from bamboo cellulose. It is softer than cotton and has inherent antibacterial properties[citation needed]; bamboo clothing has become popular in some fashion circles. There are two methods by which bamboo may be processed into fiber for fabric, both developed in China. The first is a mechanical process similar to that used to process flax or hemp; the stalks are crushed and natural enzymes break them down further, allowing fibers to be combed out.[23] The other follows the process by which rayon is made where the fibers are broken down with chemicals and extruded through mechanical spinnerets; the chemicals include lye, carbon disulfide and strong acids. Organizational and structural quality

bamboo fiber is made from bamboo trees. Original bamboo fiber is directly picked up from natural bamboo without any chemical additive, using physical and mechanical method. Original bamboo fiber is really natural, green, healthy, eco-friendly fiber, and health care and functional effect is quite prominent. In order to differentiate from bamboo fiber, one can call it as original bamboo fiber or pure natural bamboo fiber.
